The MONTX V10 made its debut alongside the P10 at Auto China 2026 but was developed for mobile accommodation rather than airborne exploration. Its exterior has an upright geometric body, broad windscreen, high roof and almost vertical rear section. Large tyres and considerable ground clearance allow the vehicle to travel beyond surfaced roads, while the enclosed body provides the volume required for working, resting and overnight use.
A four-part rear opening forms the principal exterior feature. Its separate panels can create a viewing platform, an enlarged rear window and an opening towards the sky, connecting the passenger compartment with the surrounding area when the vehicle is parked. The arrangement replaces a conventional single-piece tailgate and allows the rear of the body to perform several functions.
Inside, a steer-by-wire system permits the steering wheel to slide away from the driving position. Removing it from the central area creates an unobstructed space between the front seats when the V10 is stationary. The three-zone cabin can then be rearranged as a workplace, communal seating area or sleeping compartment according to the occupants’ immediate requirements.
An integrated management system controls water, electrical power and cabin temperature during extended stays away from established infrastructure. MONTX has not disclosed the V10’s dimensions, powertrain, energy-storage capacity, range or production schedule, leaving it as a study of configurable accommodation and self-contained off-grid operation.
