Frera was an Italian automotive manufacturer founded by Corrado Frera & Compagnia in Tradate. The company operated primarily between 1905 and 1913, although its roots in the motorcycle industry extended from 1906 until the mid-1950s.

While Frera gained recognition for its motorcycles, the production of automobiles was limited. The company focused on creating lightweight vehicles, notably offering models equipped with air-cooled two-cylinder engines marketed under the name Piccolo. Additionally, from approximately 1910 to 1913, Frera produced vehicles under license from the French manufacturer Zedel, further diversifying its automotive offerings during its brief existence.

Despite its limited production run in the automotive sector, Frera's contributions to the motorcycle industry and its foray into car manufacturing reflect the early 20th-century landscape of Italian motoring.
