Aguzzoli was an Italian automotive manufacturer based in Parma, active for a brief period from 1964 to 1965. The company was founded by Sergio Aguzzoli and Luigi Bertocco, who aimed to produce a new grand touring (GT) coupe known as the Aguzzoli Condor.

The Aguzzoli Condor was notable for its innovative design, featuring a tubular chassis that housed a centrally mounted Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1300 engine, which was tuned to produce 128 brake horsepower. The vehicle was equipped with a ZF 5-speed gearbox, enhancing its performance capabilities. The Condor was first unveiled at the 1964 Geneva Salon, where it garnered attention for its engineering and design. Subsequently, the model was upgraded to include a more powerful 1.6-litre Giulia engine, increasing output to 160 brake horsepower, and was paired with a Hewland 5-speed transmission.

Despite its promising features and initial presentation, the Aguzzoli Condor did not enter series production, marking the end of the company's brief foray into the automotive industry.
