Finally, with this seventh teaser, the datum of the top speed is partially revealed: the EV-R Project will reach the speed of 250 mph. When Luca Mazzanti had this car in mind, he knew that in order to realize the most powerful street legal Hypercar ever built in Italy, some limits had to be overtaken. This episode also shows details of the new aerodynamics, that in order to work in a perfect harmony with the incredible performances of the new 7.2 L v8 bi-turbo capable of 2.7 second from 0 to 100 kph of the new extreme version of Evantra, derives directly from aerospace technologies. The Hypercar will have its World Premiere at Salone dell’Auto di Torino – Parco Valentino 2016.
“When you think of a new project, the best way to make it concrete, is with setting objectives.” Luca Mazzanti affirms “The objectives must be then translated into numbers in order to become real; the speed of 250 mph have a different meaning for a street legal Hypercar. For this reason, besides an important work on the entire aerodynamic layout, I decided, in comparison with Evantra, to widen the total wheel track of 10 centimeters and to enlarge the available surface in contact with the road, using new OZ wheels, specifically designed for us, and the Pirelli Trofeo R tyres.
