Antique & Classic Cars Inc. was an American manufacturer based in Buffalo, New York, operational from 1972 until 1990. The company specialized in producing kit cars that were inspired by classic European automobiles. Their offerings included simplified and affordable kits modeled after notable vehicles such as the Bugatti Type 35, Frazer Nash Chain Gang, Alfa Romeo Monza, SS-100, and Blower Bentley, all utilizing Volkswagen running gear.
Over time, Antique & Classic Cars Inc. streamlined its production to focus primarily on the SS-100, which was noted for being their most accurate replica. To enhance the structural integrity of this model, the company incorporated a tube frame designed to accommodate Ford Pinto or Mustang II running gear. Additionally, they introduced a replica of the Jaguar XK-120 during their operational years.
The company ceased operations in 1990, at which point its assets were acquired by Antique & Collectible Autos, marking the end of its contributions to the kit car market.
