Antique & Classic Cars Inc. was a American kit car manufacturer based in Buffalo, New York, operating alongside an affiliated company, British Motor Cars, also located in Buffalo. The firm specialized in producing simplified, affordable kit cars inspired by celebrated pre-war and postwar sports cars.

The company's early lineup included kits modeled after the Bugatti Type 35, the Frazer Nash "Chain Gang" models, the Alfa Romeo Monza, the Jaguar SS-100, and the Blower Bentley. These kits were generally built using Volkswagen mechanical components and running gear, resulting in vehicles that were more stylistic interpretations than precise reproductions of their namesakes.

Over time, the company narrowed its focus to concentrate on the SS-100 replica, which was regarded as its most faithful recreation. For this model, the company adopted a tube-frame chassis designed to accommodate running gear from the Ford Pinto or Mustang II, improving both performance and reliability compared to its earlier Volkswagen-based offerings. A Jaguar XK-120 replica was later introduced as an additional model in the lineup.

Antique & Classic Cars Inc. ceased operations in 1990. Following its closure, the company's assets were acquired by Antique & Collectible Autos, which continued elements of its legacy in the kit car industry.
