Societa Ing. Aristide Faccioli was an Italian automotive manufacturer based in Turin, active between 1905 and 1906. The company was founded by Aristide Faccioli, who had previously served as the first designer for Fiat. Faccioli's departure from Fiat occurred in April 1901, following a disagreement with Giovanni Agnelli regarding the incorporation of foreign design ideas into their vehicles.
In 1905, Faccioli developed two prototype cars: a single-cylinder model with a power output of 9 horsepower and a four-cylinder variant producing 12 horsepower. However, the project faced challenges due to a reorganization within the company, which ultimately led to the discontinuation of these prototypes. Following the closure of his automotive endeavors, Faccioli shifted his focus to designing aero engines for S.P.A., although these efforts did not achieve commercial success.
