Evans Automobiles was an American automotive manufacturer based in Scottdale, Georgia. Founded by John Evans, the company specialized in creating high-performance street cars that were heavily influenced by mid-engine race car standards.

The first model produced by Evans was the Series I, which featured a semi-monocoque chassis constructed from metal and composite materials. This model was equipped with Corvette brakes and powered by a 5.7-liter Chevrolet V8 engine, paired with a ZF 5-speed transmission. The design included gull-wing doors, contributing to its distinctive appearance reminiscent of a prototype racing car. The Series I was sold fully assembled for a price of $80,000.

In 1996, Evans introduced the Series IILM, which aimed to compete with high-end supercars such as the Jaguar XJ220 and McLaren F1. This model featured a fully composite monocoque chassis, pushrod suspension, and computer-controlled shock absorbers. Engine options for the Series IILM included a 7.052-liter Chevrolet or Donovan V8, and it also offered a ZF transaxle. The price for this model reached up to $250,000 in 1996, and a racing version was also made available.
