Fenton Cyclecar Company was established in Fenton, Michigan, and operated briefly from 1913 to 1914. The company produced a cyclecar known for its distinctive design and engineering features. The Fenton model was equipped with a De Luxe 10-horsepower, air-cooled V-twin engine, which was paired with a friction transmission and a belt drive system. Its design included a notable vee-radiator that drew comparisons to the styling of F.R.P. vehicles and the 90-horsepower Mercedes.

Initially, the vehicle was announced under the name Signet; however, the production cars were ultimately branded as Fenton. The production volume of these cars was limited, and it is believed that only a small number were manufactured. In 1914, the company underwent a change in ownership when H.J. Koppin acquired it and subsequently renamed the vehicle after himself, calling it the Koppin. Despite this rebranding, the Koppin model did not see significant changes apart from a price increase to $385, and it ceased production by the end of 1914.
