Baby Auto was a French automobile manufacturer that operated briefly between 1912 and 1913. The company specialized in producing a unique type of vehicle known as a cyclecar, which was specifically designed for children.

The Baby Auto featured a modest 1.5 horsepower air-cooled engine, which was positioned under the bonnet. It utilized a shaft drive system to transmit power to the rear axle. Notably, the vehicle could be started from the driver's seat using a leather strap connected to a shaft, which was linked to the crankshaft via a sprocket and chain mechanism.

Despite its innovative design, the Baby Auto was not well-received in the market. Priced at less than 40 French francs, it faced criticism from automotive correspondents of the time.
