Falcon Cyclecar Co. was a manufacturer based in Staunton, Virginia, though the company originated in Cleveland before relocating production to Virginia.

The company produced a cyclecar powered by an air-cooled V-twin engine, using a friction transmission and belt final drive, arrangements common among cyclecars of the era. However, the Falcon distinguished itself from many competitors through certain notable features.

Rather than a conventional lever, the transmission was controlled by a wheel set into the steering wheel, allowing the driver to change gear without leaning forward. The car retained centre-pivot steering, in which the entire front axle turned along with the wheels, a design already considered outdated by 1913. The vehicle also featured a rounded bonnet positioned well behind the axle, and its body was built without doors.
