Dudly was an American automobile manufacturer that operated from 1913 to 1915, based in Menominee, Michigan. The company was a division of Dudly Tool Co. and focused on producing cyclecars, a type of lightweight automobile that was popular in the early 20th century.

The Dudly Bug, the company's primary model, was powered by a 10-horsepower V-twin engine. It featured a two-speed epicyclic transmission and utilized long belts for final drive to the rear axle. The design included side-by-side seating for two passengers, with the seats slightly staggered for comfort. The front wings of the vehicle were cycle-type and turned with the wheels, contributing to its unique appearance.

In 1913, the Model A-1 was introduced at a price of $375. The following year, the Model B-1 was released, which upgraded to a four-cylinder engine for an additional cost of only $10. Despite these advancements, the cyclecar market began to decline, and sales did not meet expectations. By 1915, H.F. Tideman, the president of Dudly Tool Co., attempted to pivot the company towards electric vehicle production with the MENOMINEE model, but this venture was short-lived and did not extend beyond that year.
