The Buckles cyclecar featured a 10 horsepower air-cooled two-cylinder Spackc engine, a friction transmission, and a belt final drive system.

Despite its design, the Buckles cyclecar likely never progressed to the production stage, and no formal company was established for its manufacture. A suggested retail price of $350 was proposed for the vehicle, but it ultimately did not materialize into a commercially available product.
