Embeesea was a British manufacturer of kit cars that operated from 1975 to 1987. The company initially began as Embeesea Kit Cars in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, where it produced various models until 1983. Following this period, the company underwent a series of name changes and ownership transitions, becoming M.B.C. Kit Cars in 1983 and later D.J. Sportscars in 1984, before finally being known as M.D.B. Sportscars in 1986.

One of the notable models produced by Embeesea was the Chepeko, which was a reworked version of the Siva Saluki. This model featured a recognizable profile and distinctive lift-up glass panel doors. In 1977, the design was updated, and the model was renamed Charger, which included enhancements such as a deep front spoiler and enlarged gull-wing doors. The Charger 2 was introduced in 1982, showcasing a more rounded profile and various design improvements, including a 2+2 interior and deeper gull-wing doors.

In addition to the Charger series, Richard Oakes designed the Eurocco notchback coupé in 1978, which later emerged under different ownership as the SN1. Embeesea reworked this model into a fastback version in 1981, utilizing a Volkswagen floorpan and offering engine options from Alfa Romeo and Lancia. After the company transitioned to D.J. Sportscars, the Charger models were revived as the Saratoga and Saturn by M.D.B., and subsequently as the Dragonfire and Dragonfly by Viking Sportscars. By the end of its production run, several hundred units of these models had been sold.
