Baker & Dale

1913-1913

Brand Data

Baker & Dale Ltd was a British cyclecar manufacturer based in Southbourne, Hampshire.

The Baker & Dale cyclecar was designed by T. A. Hubert and featured a two-cylinder engine paired with a long belt drive. It also incorporated a semi-circular steering wheel, a design element said to have been used in other cyclecars designed by Hubert.

Less than a month after the Baker & Dale was announced, the publication *The Cyclecar* reported on another vehicle of Hubert's design, a tandem two-seater powered by a single-cylinder Buckingham engine. Unlike the Baker & Dale, this car appeared to use a conventional steering wheel.
