Gasi Motorradwagen GmbH was a German manufacturer based in Berlin-Dahlem. The company produced an unusual three-wheeled vehicle that featured a single front wheel and tandem seating for two occupants, with the driver positioned in the rear seat.

The vehicle was powered by an air-cooled two-cylinder engine. Power was transmitted via a chain drive to an intermediate shaft, with final drive to the wheels accomplished by belts.
