Compagnie de Moteurs Dommartin was a French automotive manufacturer that operated from 1947 to 1950. The company was based in Dommartin, located in the Somme region of France. It was founded by racing driver Giraud-Cabantous, who initially aimed to revive a prewar racing model, the S.E.EA.C. 3.6-litre racer. This redesigned version was presented at Montlhery in 1947; however, due to financial constraints, it never participated in any races.

Following the unsuccessful racing venture, Dommartin shifted its focus to a new design conceived by Emile Petit, a designer associated with S.E.F.A.C. This new vehicle was an unconventional open all-terrain model, characterized by its forward-control bodywork that accommodated four passengers. The vehicle was powered by an 800cc flat-twin air-cooled engine located at the rear, coupled with a 5-speed gearbox, showcasing the innovative engineering efforts of the company during its brief existence.
