Clement et Rochelle was a French automobile manufacturer that operated between 1928 and 1930, based in Clamart, Seine. The company specialized in producing small sports cars, notable for their attractive design and performance capabilities.

The vehicles were powered by a 1,097 cc four-cylinder overhead valve Ruby engine, which was available in three different power outputs: the 30 bhp D, the 35 bhp DS, and the 50 bhp K. The K variant featured a Cozette No. 6 supercharger, enabling it to achieve a top speed of approximately 87 to 90 mph (140 to 145 km/h), depending on the bodywork configuration. The lightest version was a doorless sports car, although the company did not participate in competitive racing, focusing instead on creating high-performance road cars.

Clement et Rochelle offered various body styles, including a cabriolet, a faux-cabriolet (coupe), and a two-door saloon. The suspension system was independent all around, utilizing transverse leaf springs. The front suspension employed stub axles that slid on guides, reminiscent of a double version of the Morgan system, while swing axles were used at the rear. In total, approximately 100 vehicles were produced during the company's brief existence.
