Brand Data

Reklus was an Argentine specialist builder of classic and competition-car recreations based in Buenos Aires. The company was created by Gustavo “Pini” Mancardo and grew out of a long-established family factory involved in the design and manufacture of automotive parts. Its work centered on hand-built recreations and restorations of pre-war and classic cars, with production carried out on a small scale.

Its known projects included recreations of the BMW 507, Maserati 450S, Maserati A6GCS/53, Talbot-Lago T26, and a 1937 Ford-style Indy monoposto. Reklus described its cars as hand-built from the ground up, using new bodywork and period-style mechanical layouts, with many examples sold outside Argentina.
