Arrinera Hussarya: aerodynamics tests
Arrinera Automotive S.A. begun body aerodynamics and steering system tests on the Bielsko Biala airfield. This opens one of the final stages of the creation of supercar.
Arrinera Hussaryas tests are conducted in a real-life conditions of a race track. Last year we tested the functioning of the chassis. Today we are much further - were testing aspects of body aerodynamics and the functioning of steering system. The data that we collect will allow us to fine tune all the key elements of our supercar, which ultimately brings us closer to the moment, when Arrinera Hussarya will be presented in its final version, ready to hit the market. - said Lukasz Tomkiewicz, Chairman of the Arrinera Automotive and creator of the supercar .
Lee Noble participated in last years tests, today we can see on the airfield experts in aerodynamics from Warsaw University of Technology.
In supercars, that reach really great speed, there is no room for accidental shapes and elements of the body. Everything matters. Everything has a big influence on stability during driving, turning and on efficiency of brakes. We are checking, how our theoretical models behave in the real world. At this stage we test rear approach angle, moving aerodynamic element and diffusor flow, among others. - said Dr. Janusz Piechna Ph.D. D. from Warsaw University of Technology.
Its worth reminding, that our Arrinera Automotive and Warsaw University of Technology team has been recommended by National Research and Development Centre and received a grant of 642.400,00 Euro for their Active aerodynamics system for supercars project.
Arrinera Automotive started to work on the finish shape of the interior and invited famous designers from Luc&Andre company to cooperation. Limited edition of first 33 supercars is going into production in SILS Centre Gliwice. So far there was few hundred offers from potential buyers.
Global marketing strategy is in the hands of Arrinera Automotive Holding PLC, a company listed on British stock exchange, that recently opened offices in Silverstone Park.
