Dalton Motorcar Company was an American automobile manufacturer based in Flint, Michigan, that operated briefly from 1911 to 1912. The company was founded by Hubert K. Dalton, who had previously served as the manager of the Whiting Motorcar Company. Dalton aimed to produce vehicles under his own name, resulting in a car that closely resembled the Whiting in design and engineering.

The sole model produced by Dalton featured a 20-horsepower four-cylinder engine and was exclusively offered as a two-seater runabout, priced at $900. However, the company faced challenges in production, completing only three vehicles before Dalton relocated to New York. There, he established the Dalton Manufacturing Company, which found success in manufacturing marine equipment during World War I. The brief existence of Dalton Motorcar Company marked a small chapter in the early automotive industry in the United States.
