Coldwell Engineering and Racing Ltd was a British automotive manufacturer based in Sheffield, Yorkshire, that operated from 1967 to 1969. The company focused on producing both road and racing GT cars, utilizing a mid-mounted engine derived from the Mini.

During its brief existence, Coldwell produced approximately six vehicles, which showcased innovative engineering and design.
