Cito was a German automotive manufacturer that operated from 1905 to 1909, initially based in Cologne-Klettenberg. The company began as Cito Fahrradwerke AG, focusing on the production of bicycles and motorcycles before transitioning to automobile manufacturing in 1905.
In its brief automotive venture, Cito introduced the Citomobil, which utilized components from OMNIMOBIL. The following year, the company expanded its lineup with new models featuring 2-cylinder Aster engines rated at 6/10 PS, as well as 4-cylinder Fafnir engines available in configurations of 10/16 PS and 15/24 PS. Despite these developments, Cito's production remained limited, and the automobile division was ultimately closed down in 1909.
