Société des Moteurs et Automobiles Viratelle was a French manufacturer based in Lyons. The company was listed as a car maker from 1919. In addition to automobiles, Viratelle produced large motorcycles fitted with 686cc engines between 1922 and 1924. It was believed that the small number of cyclecars the company built also used these same engines.
