Ram Dakota Nightfall Concept previews new mid-size pickup truck that will surprise Brazil in 2026
Ram, the only exclusive pickup truck brand on the market, is preparing a major new product for 2026. Next year, the new Dakota will be launched in Brazil and various South American markets. The unprecedented mid-size pickup truck was previewed through the Dakota Nightfall Concept at a large event in São Paulo, where the history of the name and the power of the Ram family were celebrated.
“The new Ram Dakota will be the second product to come out of our Stellantis pickup truck hub in Córdoba, Argentina. The brand is strategic for the company worldwide and in our region. The unprecedented Dakota Nightfall Concept brings together different elements to enhance its unique style, permeated with the main symbols that make up Ram's DNA. This begins, of course, with the striking radiator grille, featuring the Ram name cut out and embossed in the center. The assembly is framed by an LED strip that runs laterally across the front of the pickup, passing through the top of the grille and extending to the headlights, also LED.
The front also features a sporty hood with an upper air intake illuminated by three orange lights, a reference and homage to some of the most famous pickups in Ram's history. On the bumper, a front tow hook, electric winch, and underbody protection reinforce the capability and robustness present in all the brand's pickups, adorned with elements painted in an exclusive bronze tone.
The bodywork features a series of creases and straight lines, conveying solidity and strength. These attributes continue in the Fox® brand raised suspension, the exclusive 33-inch all-terrain tires, and the 18” alloy wheels with beadlock, an essential feature to guarantee the car's excellence even on the most intense off-road routes. The look is complemented by the side steps and black fender moldings, the same color applied to the bumpers and mirrors.
The unique style of the Dakota Nightfall Concept continues at the rear, where the exposed and full-length spare tire stands out. It is fixed to an exclusive Rambar, which also features powerful long-range LED lights, another differentiator for the most diverse challenges in the field and off-road. Other highlights of the rear are the striking LED taillights and the Ram emblem on the tailgate, in addition to the rear bumper with tow hooks.
To celebrate this milestone in the brand's history, the Dakota Nightfall Concept received an exclusive paint job, with unique graphics that symbolize the strength and power that have accompanied Ram from the beginning.
