Built upon the foundation of the standard S2000 Convertible, the concept received enhancements using Mugen’s top-tier aftermarket components. It was anticipated that the research and innovation behind this concept would influence the design of the S2000's successor.

Distinctive features of the concept included a redesigned front-end characterized by unique headlights, air dam, and grille. The wheels boasted substantial Brembo brakes with eye-catching red calipers, while the rear sported an imposing array of quad exhaust pipes.
