Under a partnership between the automotive Pole Burgundy & European automotive division of the mobile operator Orange, one of the''evolution''Sequana renamed for the occasion Orange Sequana was launched in June 2004. With the main objective, the recovery of the car and communicating multimedia broadband onboard automotive telematics.

Initiator and coordinator of the original draft submitted to the World 2002, it is natural that this new program was entrusted to Madness Design. For that we have assumed responsibility for monitoring technical convergence / style well suited to the service of the Orange brand, design, scanning, and final assembly. L 'Orange Sequana has evolved into details by aesthetic touches to the outside, however much work was done at the carrier. Especially with the integration of technology UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System), allowing the occupants to enjoy all the innovative solutions & interactive multimedia telephony services new 3rd generation (3G) put into service by Orange.

At the launch of this new programme, a dozen companies demonstrated their ambition to integrate the project (AFT Plasturgie, Alias France, Group footprint, Kenwood, Madness Design, Mayetel, Michelin France, Orange, Team Dynamics France, Sellerie Dellage, Bourbon Genlis, Metal Deployé, VKB,…). Under this project, Madness Design was again commissioned to undertake an inventory of expertise and a knowledge done through a meeting and an interview with each company wishing to participate in the project by performing:

As a result Madness Design has modeled a project taking into account the needs and problems of each organization and managent a project to serve their developments. As the design, scanning, and final assembly.

This new version was presented to the World Motor Paris in September 2004 (Hall 4 / Orange Stand No. 148).
