Grumett

Grumett was a vehicle produced by General Motors de Uruguay in Montevideo. It was a two-door car with styling influences reminiscent of Australian coupé utilities. The car was built using a locally manufactured tubular chassis paired with a fibreglass body, while its mechanical components were derived from the Vauxhall Viva HA.

The Grumett was also marketed in Ecuador, where it was sold under the Condor and Gacel badges. At least one example was exported to the United Kingdom, where it underwent testing by General Motors.
