The Murray Manufacturing Company was organized in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, early in 1912 with the intention of building and selling motor cars, motor trucks, and motor boats. The venture involved James E., Frank P., and Thomas Murray, along with John L. Howder and W. D. McBryar. It remains doubtful that the company ever actually manufactured an automobile.
