The Junkers-Burdick Company was organized in Chicago, Illinois, in the summer of 1910 with a capital stock of $25,000, intended for the manufacture of automobiles and accessories. The venture was formed as a partnership between Otto Junkers and Winthrop Burdick. It remains doubtful whether the company ever actually produced a car.
