Glover Motor Company was an automobile manufacturer based in New York City, New York, that operated briefly from 1920 to 1921. The company produced a single model known as the Glover, which was an assembled car featuring a 27 horsepower, four-cylinder Le Roi engine.

The Glover was primarily marketed for sale in Great Britain through Glover’s Motors Ltd, located in Leeds, Yorkshire. Notably, Glover Motor Company did not have its own manufacturing facility in New York; instead, it contracted with other companies to produce the vehicles under its brand. One potential manufacturer suggested for the Glover was Seneca of Fostoria, Ohio.

Despite its short existence, Glover Motor Company was noted in automotive literature of the time, such as Whittaker and Barron’s "Automobiles of the World" published in 1921, which indicated that the Glover was the only model produced by the American manufacturer. However, it is possible that this claim was influenced by Glover's own promotional materials.
