Famous Manufacturing Company was an automobile manufacturer based in East Chicago, Indiana, that operated briefly from 1908 to 1909. The company produced vehicles characterized by their high-wheeler design, which was typical of the era.

The automobiles featured an air-cooled two-cylinder engine, which was a common choice for early 20th-century vehicles. They offered an epicyclic transmission, with an optional friction transmission available, and utilized a chain drive system. Notably, the rear wheels of the vehicles were slightly larger than the front wheels, a design choice that was unusual for cars produced during that time.

In 1909, the company rebranded its vehicle line by changing the name to Champion, allowing them to market the car as the "Famous Champion." However, this change did not significantly improve sales, and the company ultimately ceased operations shortly thereafter.
