Euclid was an automobile brand produced by the Berg Automobile Company, which was based in Cleveland, Ohio. The brand operated briefly from 1903 to 1904 and was developed under the leadership of Hart O. Berg. The Euclid served as a companion model to the Berg, although it was noted for being more original in design compared to its counterpart, which was heavily influenced by the Panhard.

The Euclid featured an 18-horsepower four-cylinder engine, shaft drive, and was designed as a five-seater tourer. Despite its unique attributes, the Euclid did not significantly differ from many other American automobiles of its time. In 1904, Hart O. Berg sold his business to the Worthington Automobile Company, which continued production of the Berg model but ultimately discontinued the Euclid. As a result, the Euclid brand had a short-lived presence in the early automotive industry.
