Earl Motor Car Company was an American automobile manufacturer based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, active from approximately 1907 to 1908. The company initially produced prototypes in Milwaukee, but all production vehicles were manufactured in Kenosha. The first model introduced was a two-seater roadster, which featured a 15-horsepower, two-cylinder engine, friction transmission, and chain drive.

In 1908, the roadster was rebranded as the Tiger Roadster, with an increase in power to 18 horsepower, although it likely retained the same engine size. The company also offered a four-seater tourer equipped with a 22-horsepower, four-cylinder engine. Despite its innovative designs, including cycle-type wings, step plates, and wire wheels, Earl Motor Car Company ceased operations by mid-1908.

Following the closure of Earl, the factory was acquired by the manufacturers of the Petrel, which produced vehicles with a longer wheelbase and various body styles, including delivery vans. In 1922, Clarence Earl, the founder, experienced a conflict with his investors over production limits, leading to his departure from the company. He later became president of National Motor Vehicle Company. The Earl Motor Car Company was reorganized as Earl Motor Manufacturing Company in early 1923, but production ended within the year after approximately 2,000 vehicles had been produced.
