Earl Motor Car Company was an American automobile manufacturer based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, active around 1907 to 1908. The company initially produced prototypes in Milwaukee before moving production to Kenosha, where it manufactured its vehicles.
The first model offered by Earl was a two-seater roadster, which featured a 15-horsepower, two-cylinder engine, complemented by a friction transmission and chain drive. In 1908, the roadster was rebranded as the Tiger Roadster, with an increase in power to 18 horsepower, although it is believed that the engine size remained consistent. Additionally, the company produced a four-seater tourer equipped with a 22-horsepower, four-cylinder engine.
Despite its early innovations, Earl Motor Car Company ceased operations by the middle of 1908. Following its closure, the factory was acquired by the manufacturers of the Petrel automobile.
