Duesenberg was an American automobile manufacturer that originally gained prominence in the early 20th century. The brand was known for producing high-performance luxury vehicles, particularly during the 1920s and 1930s. In 1959, an attempt was made to revive the Duesenberg name by Mike Kollins in Detroit, Michigan.

This revival was based on a 1950 Packard chassis, which was modified to accommodate a custom all-metal body designed as a two-seat sports car with a convertible top. The design featured a distinctive tall eggcrate grille and a raised bonnet line, which provided necessary clearance for the engine. The vehicle utilized a modified 1930 Duesenberg straight-eight engine, which produced 400 horsepower. However, despite the ambitious plans, only one car was reportedly built during this revival attempt, marking a brief and limited resurgence of the Duesenberg brand.
