D.L.G. Motorcar Company was an automobile manufacturer based in St. Louis, Missouri. The company was established by three individuals: A.L. Dyke, B.L. Liebert, and V.R. Givens. A.L. Dyke was recognized as a prominent supplier of automotive components and had previously produced the Dyke car earlier in the century. Liebert and Givens were both engineers who contributed their expertise to the development of the company's vehicles.

The D.L.G. Motorcar Company produced a distinctive automobile characterized by its Mercedes-style radiator, elongated bonnet, and flared wings. The vehicles were equipped with a substantial six-cylinder overhead valve engine, which was notable for its time. The pricing for the cars was set at $4,000 for a runabout and $4,500 for a tourer. However, production numbers were limited, and very few units of either model were manufactured, which ultimately affected the company's longevity in the automotive market.
