Clark was an American automobile brand that operated briefly from 1910 to 1911. The company was founded by Frank Clark, who had previously manufactured the Clarkmobile, in collaboration with Claude Fergason, a machineshop owner based in Lansing, Michigan.
The Clark was characterized as a larger vehicle equipped with a 14-horsepower, horizontally-opposed 2-cylinder engine and solid tires. Despite its initial production, the brand faced challenges and ceased operations after just one year. Following the dissolution of Clark, Frank Clark shifted his focus to commercial vehicles, establishing the Clark Power Wagon Company, which also had a short-lived existence, lasting only one year.
