The Girnish-Friedberg Motor Car Company was an American automobile manufacturer based in Chicago, Illinois, that operated from 1907 to 1909. The company was founded by partners Girnish and Louis Friedberg, who aimed to produce conventional automobiles during the early years of the automotive industry.

The vehicles produced by Girnish-Friedberg were characterized by their standard design and were powered by a 35-horsepower, four-cylinder engine. The company offered its cars in both tourer and roadster configurations, catering to the preferences of early automobile buyers. However, the company struggled with financial issues and was under-capitalized, which ultimately led to its short-lived existence.

In 1909, Louis Friedberg announced a new model called the Chicago Forty, which featured specifications identical to those of the earlier C.F. model. This move was likely an attempt to liquidate existing inventory as the company faced challenges in sustaining its operations. The Girnish-Friedberg Motor Car Company ceased production shortly thereafter, marking the end of its brief tenure in the automotive market.
