Burg was an American automobile manufacturer that operated from 1910 to 1913. The company originated from the L Burg Carriage Company, which was established in Weaver, Iowa, around 1870. After a fire destroyed their original plant in 1900, the company relocated to Dallas City, Illinois. Initially focused on producing buggies, the company ventured into automobile manufacturing in the early 20th century.

In 1910, Louis Burg introduced the company's first automobile, which featured a conventional layout and was powered by a 30-horsepower Rutenber four-cylinder engine. The initial offerings included three body styles: a five-seater tourer, a five-seater roadster, and a three-seater runabout, all priced at $1,750. The following year, Burg expanded its lineup with a larger six-cylinder model, rated at 50 horsepower and priced at $2,400 for a seven-seater tourer. By 1913, the six-cylinder engine was upgraded to 60 horsepower, but this shift is believed to have contributed to the company's decline.

Burg ceased automobile production in 1913 after manufacturing approximately 50 vehicles. The company continued to produce buggies until 1919, when declining demand led to its closure. The factory that once produced Burg vehicles later transitioned into a dance hall and subsequently became a frozen food factory.
