Broc was an American automobile manufacturer that operated from 1909 to 1916, primarily known for producing electric vehicles. The company originated as the Broc Carriage & Wagon Company in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1904, where it initially focused on building vehicle bodies. In 1909, it transitioned into automobile manufacturing, launching a range of electric cars that included two coupes, a stanhope, and a victoria.

The Broc electric vehicles were representative of the American electric car market during the early 20th century. Notably, the Model 19 roadster, introduced in 1911, featured a design that mimicked the appearance of gasoline-powered cars, a trend seen among various manufacturers of the time. Between 1912 and 1914, the design of Broc vehicles improved significantly, with models showcasing lower and more rounded lines. Customers had the option of wheel or tiller steering, as well as chain or shaft drive configurations.

In 1914, Broc merged with ARGO and BORI.AND to establish the American Electric Car Company. Following the merger, production was relocated to Saginaw, Michigan, but the Broc name continued to be used for an additional two years until the brand was phased out in 1916.
