Blackhawk was an American automobile brand founded in 1903 by the Clark Manufacturing Company, based in Moline, Illinois. The company initially focused on the development of experimental vehicles for six years before introducing its first production model, the Blackhawk runabout. This vehicle was notable for its availability with either a single- or two-cylinder engine, both utilizing the same chassis, epicyclic gearbox, and single-chain drive system.

The Blackhawk runabout featured a tiller for steering and lacked any form of weather protection, reflecting the design trends of early 20th-century automobiles. The pricing for the models was set at $750 for the single-cylinder version and $850 for the two-cylinder phaeton. However, the production of Blackhawk vehicles was limited, with fewer than 50 units manufactured. The brand's existence was short-lived, as it ceased operations within a year of its launch. In 1906, Clark attempted to re-enter the automotive market with a new model, the D.F.F.R.F.-Clark.
