Beverly was an American automobile brand that emerged in 1904, originating from the Upton Machine Company based in Beverly, Massachusetts. The brand was established as a successor to the Upton automobile, which featured a four-cylinder engine that increased its power output from 16 to 22 horsepower. One of the notable innovations of the Beverly was its headlamp design, which turned in conjunction with the steering, enhancing visibility during turns.

Despite its advanced features, the Beverly was considered a luxury vehicle, priced at $4,000, which limited its market appeal. The production of the Beverly was short-lived, as the model did not survive beyond the year 1904. In September 1905, the Upton Machine Company underwent a reorganization and became the Beverly Machine Company. This new entity focused on manufacturing transmissions until 1908, when the factory was sold to the Cameron Car Company.
