Bay State Automobile Company was an American automobile manufacturer based in Boston, Massachusetts, that operated briefly from 1907 to 1908. The company produced vehicles that were representative of the early automotive industry in the United States.

The first model introduced by Bay State was a large seven-seater tourer, which was powered by a 40-horsepower four-cylinder engine. This model marked the brand as the first to carry the name of the state of Massachusetts. In 1908, the company expanded its offerings by adding a five-seater runabout to its lineup. However, despite these efforts, Bay State Automobile Company did not survive long into 1908 and ceased operations within the same year.
