Balashi Autoworks & Carriage was an American automotive manufacturer based in Lantana, Florida, established in 1999. The company specialized in producing replicas of high-performance sports cars, most notably the Lamborghini Countach. The Balashi model was built using the running gear of the Pontiac Fiero, which provided a platform for the replica's design and performance characteristics.

In addition to the Countach replica, Balashi also offered a golf cart body styled to resemble Lamborghini vehicles. This diversification allowed the company to cater to a niche market of automotive enthusiasts seeking unique and visually striking vehicles.
