Auto Tri-Car, also known as Tricar, was an American automobile manufacturer founded in 1914 by A.E. Osborn in New York City, New York. The company emerged from Osborn's earlier work, having built a three-wheeled vehicle for personal use in 1906. This experience laid the groundwork for the commercial production of the Auto Tri-Car.

In 1914, Auto Tri-Car offered a range of three-wheeled vehicles priced at $250 for a model equipped with a single-cylinder engine and between $350 to $400 for a version featuring a two-cylinder engine. Both engine types were produced by Prugh and utilized a two-speed planetary transmission, which transferred power to a single front wheel via a roller chain. The vehicles were available in various body styles, including tandem or side-by-side two-seaters, surreys, and light delivery vans.

The Auto Tri-Car represented an early attempt to provide affordable and practical transportation solutions during the early 20th century, although the company did not achieve long-term success and eventually ceased operations.
