Force 4 Engineering was a British automotive company based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, that operated briefly from 1991 to 1992. The company specialized in the production of the Force 4 Bretsa, a replica of the ISO Grifo coupé.
The Bretsa featured a body constructed from fiberglass, reinforced with carbon fiber to enhance its structural integrity. It utilized mechanical components sourced from Jaguar, specifically the Jaguar XJ series. The prototype of the Bretsa was powered by a Jaguar V12 engine, which contributed to its performance characteristics.
Despite its innovative design and engineering, Force 4 Engineering had a short operational lifespan, and the Bretsa remained a niche offering in the automotive market.
