Flymove Holding Limited was a London-based mobility venture promoted by Equiventia Capital Partners of Padova. In October 2018 it announced the Flymove Dianchè “Beyond Mobility” initiative as a Smart Mobility Platform combining electric vehicles, battery-swap stations, and renewable energy. The plan introduced two battery-swap city car (Dianchè BSS City Car) and limited-run GT cars (BSS GT One and BSS GT Cube) under the “Dianchè by Bertone” label. The Battery Swap System claimed exchanges in about two minutes, supported by “Points of Energy” stations that also offered standard charging and were envisaged to link with e-VTOL services. The organization listed divisions for Design, Energy, Point of Energy, VTOL, Dianchè Cars, Motorsport, and Services, led by CEO Paolo Carlin with Fulvio G. Majorana as president. In 2019 Flymove announced an agreement with AKKA Technologies concerning use of the Bertone brand and presented Flymove Bertone Motorsport, stating an intent to validate its battery-swap technology in endurance racing, including Le Mans. A period brochure detailed the Dianchè Bertone BSS GT One and BSS GT Cube and reiterated limited-series ambitions. Subsequent series production outcomes were not documented.
