Cundall was an early 20th-century automobile manufacturer based in Shipley, Yorkshire, England. The company, officially known as R. Cundall & Sons Ltd., was primarily recognized for its production of stationary oil engines. In January 1902, Cundall ventured into the automotive industry by announcing a car that utilized one of their 2-cylinder horizontal engines, which was capable of producing 7 brake horsepower at 850 revolutions per minute.
The exact number of vehicles produced by Cundall remains uncertain, but it is documented that the Cundall car did not continue into production beyond 1903. As a result, the brand's presence in the automotive market was short-lived, and it did not leave a lasting legacy in the industry.
