Chameleon Car Co. was a British automotive manufacturer based in South Kensington, London, that operated briefly from 1983 to 1984. The company initially specialized in customizing luxury vehicles, particularly Range Rovers and Mercedes-Benz models.

The most notable project from Chameleon Car Co. was the Enterprise F16, which aimed to innovate the luxury saloon car segment. This vehicle featured a tubular space frame chassis and was distinguished by its aerodynamic four-door bodywork made entirely of Kevlar, marking it as the first production car to utilize this material exclusively. Additionally, the Enterprise F16 incorporated photo-electric cells in its roof to harness sunlight for battery charging, showcasing an early interest in sustainable technology.

The car was equipped with advanced features for its time, including Ferguson four-wheel drive, anti-lock braking system (ABS), and a turbocharged V8 engine. The Enterprise F16 was unveiled at the 1983 Geneva Motor Show, where it garnered attention. However, despite an announced price of £42,000, production of the vehicle never commenced, and the company ceased operations shortly thereafter.
